We offer personal training sessions both for individuals and groups.

Our first meet will be an informal consultation during which we will define your goals, your skills and we'll also study your training history. We will then build a training programme suited to your needs and we will advise you on nutrition and recovery techniques. From beginners to the most advanced athlete, our experience and our training techniques can benefit anybody.
