Our kettlebells are pro grade GS (Girevoy Sport) kettlebells painted in different colours for their specific weights. They are also made of stainless steela and literaly unbreakable. They are also certified to the norms and regulations implemented by the rules of international competitions. Like in any other sport, football, basketball or rugby, the equipment used (the ball) remains the same, no shifting size from one division to another, from beginners to comfirmed, only skills improve. They have standard sizes and dimensions; same rule applies to kettlebells. Weighting 8kgs, 12kgs, 16kgs, 24kgs, 32kgs and even 48kgs, our kettlebells are all the same size both handle and ball. The objective is to keep the same lifting technique throughout, no adjustement needed, whether using 8kgs or 32kgs. Your efforts will be minimised whilst your performances and repetitions will increase. You will focus on each technical point without learning a new way and method each time you'll use a heavier weight. Your workouts will benefit from the consistance and the precision of your lifting techniques enabling you to reach a higher level of fitness, strength, power and athleticism in your own sport or activity.
Kettlebells are now fully integrated in any professional athletes and sportsmen training routine, whether they are US football players, rugby players, martial artist and football players.
They are also used by elite military forces in Russia and the US to train and form their new recruits. Moreover, they can be found in gyms and fitness centers all over the USA and Europe.
Kettlebells develop power endurance, coordination, flexibility and functional strength that can be used on the field or in your sport. They will work your body in three dimensions which will challenge more muscles and more mind/body connections resulting in a better posture, better reflexes and better all over strength and conditioning.
They offer a wide variety of exercises making them fun to work out with and you will only require a small space to use them safely. They are also literaly undestructible.

On has to bear in mind that kettlebells are primarily used in Girevoy Sport (kettlebell sport) in Russia and most of Eastern European countries. The sport is about power endurance, precision and concentration. The three different competition events are the jerk (with 2 kettlebells), the snatch (with 1 kettlebell) and the clean and jerk (with 2 kettlebells). The weights used in competitions are 16kgs, 24kgs and 32kgs (refering to juniors, amateurs and pros). The aim of each event is to perform as many repetitions as possible in 10 minutes. As one could imagine, this sport requires discipline and focus.
